• WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR LOVELY PRODUCTS?

You’ll find them in the ‘free from’ aisles of all the big supermarkets. And while they might not take the whole range, Sainsbury’s, Morrison’s, Asda, Tesco, Waitrose and Holland & Barrett stock a good selection.

Otherwise, farm shops, garden centres, delicatessens, independent shops and cafes are a good bet. As well as online retailers. In fact, the complete range will soon be available in all its glory at our website shop.

  • DO YOU DONATE TO CHARITY OR OFFER SAMPLES AND SPONSORSHIP?

We would love to be able to support everyone but as a well-known brand, we receive lots of requests on a daily basis asking for samples and help with fundraising and sponsorship. I am sure you can appreciate that unfortunately we are unable to accommodate every request. We are proud to support FareShare as our chosen cause.

  • I’M A COELIAC. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON PRESCRIPTION?

Afraid not. The only types of food available on prescription for coeliacs are staples like bread and pasta. The things we make are a bit too indulgent to fall into that category, sadly.

But you will find our products in most major supermarkets, independent stores, farm shops, garden centres, delicatessens, cafes and, indeed, online retailers. In fact, why not order them direct from our website shop?

  • IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?

Much of it is recyclable but we use different types of packaging for each product. The best thing to do is check with your local recycling people.

  • WHAT OTHER ALLERGENS ARE IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our consumer’s health and wellbeing is always our main focus. If you are an allergy sufferer please check the ingredients list and allergy advice on pack. We try to minimise the number of allergens in our products, but from time to time recipes may change so please do check packaging for up to date information.

  • DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PALM OIL?

Some do, yes. But we only ever use fully sustainable palm oil, certified by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil – known as the RSPO – who are world experts on the subject.
