Method

Crushed Avocado:
Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh. Crush with a fork and crack in a load of black pepper. Spread liberally on your crackers and finish with a squeeze of lime.

Mozzarella & Cherry Tomatoes:
Top each cracker with some sliced tomato, a nice bit of creamy mozzarella and some torn basil leaves. Easy as pie!
